History

A brief history...

The Maine Prairie Theatre Company was formed in the middle of winter in 2022. A group of friends and colleagues came together when they saw something was missing from communities surrounding Kimball. From here, we scheduled our first show in the summer of 2022; Bye, Bye Birdie! It was a great production bringing live theatre back to our communities.

Where we are today

This summer we are performing Seussical the Musical with the hopes of adding additional shows throughout the year.
